INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
4 oz sugar
4 oz flour
10 oz oats
1 oz coconut
pinch of salt

METHOD
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add other ingredients.
Shape to form a log.
Place mixture on wax paper.
Leave in fridge for 30 minutes for easy slicing.
Slice in 1/4' thick circles.
Bake in preheated oven at 350oF 12 to 15 minutes.
